We care about your health
The work is often physical and is demanding on our personnel. Therefor we work continiously to improve the work environment with technical lifting aids among other things. We also offer an annual health care allowance for each employee.
Care for each other
Alfapac is a family owned business, and we want everyone to feel like being a part of the family. Sometimes when life is a bit rough, we do our outmost to care for our family members. Our managers are responsive and care for each individual. Together with our HR department, they are many times an appriciated support to employees going through both private and work realted challanges.
Fun at work
Our main task is of course to make our customers satisfied and happy. But in order to succeed with that, it is equally important that our employees are satified and happy. We want to be a company were you enjoy beeing and feel at home. For example, we spice up the eveyday life with summer barbeque in June every year. The “Cinnamon bun day” and other highlights in the calendar are all reasons for a celebration.

– I like that my job has a lot of freedom and that I can plan my workdays by myself. I have been working here back and forth for 15 years. First as a consultant and during later years as an employee. It has always been the same cosy family atmosphere. Thanks to the relatively small size of the company, the fellowship is very good, and it is easy to get into the team.

– This year will be my 25:th year in the company. The reason for me to staying this long, is due to the good development opportunities Alfapac offers, and the fact that I am always encouraged to come up with new ideas and proposals. My interest for technology and machines has really come to good use over the years.
