Hot-melt adhesive films based on TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) are predominantly used in applications where they can demonstrate their excellent mechanical properties.

The wide range of activation temperatures allows intelligent embedding in the wider processing environment.

Hot-melt adhesive foils

The films are activated by heat, ultrasonic, high frequency or pressure. The energy input causes hot-melt adhesive films to become liquid and wet surrounding substrates and surfaces.

The adhesive joint is solidified and ready for use within a few seconds by cooling the film.

Sustainable films

Through our ongoing product development, we have taken several measures to ensure our films and production processes are sustainable. Our films are now thinner and stronger, while maintaining all their required technical properties. We continue to increase the amount of renewable and recycled raw material used in our films where it is technically possible and is of benefit to the customer.
