Hotmelt Adhesive Films (CoPolyester)

Hotmelt Adhesive Films (CoPolyester)

Alfapac hot melt adhesive films are available based on CoPolyamide (CoPA), CoPolyester (CoPES) as well as Polyolefins (PO).

Activation temperatures from 70 °C up to 185 °C and compatibility with a wide range of other substrates allow us to meet every requirement precisely.

Foils for a process-safe processing

With selected CoPolyester grades, a permanent heat resistance of up to 160 °C can be achieved. Especially the reliable bonding of or with metals and other natural substrates can be carried out by hot-melt adhesive films based on copolymers. Take advantage of our many years of experience with various adhesive technologies and contact us.

Hot-melt adhesive foils

The films are activated by heat, ultrasound, high frequency or pressure. The energy input causes hot-melt adhesive films to become liquid and wet surrounding substrates and surfaces. The adhesive joint is solidified and ready for use within a few seconds by cooling the film.

Sustainable films

Through our ongoing product development, we have taken several measures to ensure our films and production processes are sustainable. Our films are now thinner and stronger, while maintaining all their required technical properties. We continue to increase the amount of renewable and recycled raw material used in our films where it is technically possible and is of benefit to the customer.
